It first came to life as a thriving tobacco factory, a testament to Kernersville’s prominence in the region. Over the years, the building underwent transformations, and in 1901, part of it was repurposed into a knitting mill. The architectural blend of industrial and textile influences creates a unique atmosphere that transports visitors to a bygone era.
