Our journey with Carla and Anthony began at the recent Forever and Co. Wedding Show, where we had a booth showcasing our photography services. Amidst the bustling crowd, we had the joy of connecting with Carla and Anthony. This dynamic duo exuded a vibrant energy that was simply infectious, and we immediately knew we were in for something special.
Carla, a vivacious professional working in Raleigh, and Anthony, her equally fun-loving fiancé, were planning an incredible destination wedding in the picturesque landscapes of Portugal. However, before jetting off to their dream destination, they wanted to capture the essence of their love in the place where their journey together truly began—Raleigh. We began our session in the Gothic Gate, and moved into the Historic Gardens where the gentle babbling of the fountains added a soothing ambiance to the photos. As the couple strolled hand in hand, their love shone brightly in their smiles and glances at each other.
Moving on to the Blomquist Garden of Native Plants, we found ourselves surrounded by untamed beauty. The couple’s playful spirits came to life as they danced amidst the wildflowers, their laughter echoing through the garden. We were truly spoiled for choice when it came to photo opportunities, with every nook and cranny providing a unique backdrop for their love story.
