Not too long ago I was able to photograph this beautiful couple at the Barn at Reynolda Village with a few other wonderful Winston Salem Wedding Photographers. This editorial shoot filled with so much beautiful wedding inspiration was hosted by Adorn Collective Workshops. If you are a fellow wedding photographer, I highly recommend attending Taylor’s workshops! She brings some of the most beautiful wedding inspiration to life and you will leave with so much content!
The Barn at Reynolda Village is one of my favorite Winston Salem Wedding venues. I love the brightness of the venue that can be a blank slate for brides, while also bringing its own unique charm. Venues with a connection to history also make my heart flutter! This beautiful venue is located near the Wake Forest University Campus and not far from downtown Winston Salem. It is a wedding photographer’s dream!
While we were taking a break during the workshop, I looked out the door and spotted this cutie. He was rolling through the grass, playing with his mom.
I couldn’t resist.
I ran up to them and asked if it would be okay to take a few shots with our bride and groom. “Biscuit” was then quickly joined by our models and the unbearable cuteness ensued. I’m pretty sure he stole the entire show.
Devin and Hamlin modeled this iconic wedding look for us during the shoot. Hamlin’s gown is from Bellissima, a local wedding boutique here in Winston Salem. They carry the most stylish gowns and provide a luxury boutique experience for their clientele. Dark Hearts Artistry completed the bridal look. Shoes are Badgely Mischka. I am also obsessed with these earrings! Devins classic black suit is from Asos.
Every detail was carefully planned by Taylor and her team. The soft, feminine pink details helped to bring out the pops of berry through the decor. Grace and Greenery stunned us with these beautiful florals that truly brought the wedding to life. The rest of the table decor was provided by Party Makers Event Rental and Party Reflections. The invitations and menu cards were designed by Blush Waters Design. The lounge was designed and furnished by The Prettiest Pieces.
This workshop experience was 100% worth the investment. Being able to create these beautiful images and discover this amazing venue practically in my back yard was so valuable. Building relationships with the luxury wedding vendors and other Winston Salem Wedding Photographers was a key part of the experience.
But the best part? The part that makes me smile every time?
Capturing the romance.
