Enchanting Mermaid ~ A Creative Collaboration

What do you love to do?

Think about it for a minute. What makes you excited to get up in the morning? What motivates you to keep going? What makes your heart jump in to your throat? What makes you feel like you are in your element?

For us, one of those things is getting creative with our photography.

      

For this session, we had the honor of being able to collaborate with the amazing Kristina Baker, owner of Face Painting Party Girls (check out her Facebook), to bring this vision to life. We have been dreaming of doing a mermaid creative session for years, but we could never bring it together. Kristina really helped us pull the mermaid character together with her fantastic make up and fabrication skills.

      

And I can’t say enough about our fantastic model. She is beyond gorgeous and a natural in front of the camera.

 

We started in the sand and finally made it to the river to hit that beautiful golden hour glow! The best part of the day was the little girl who was so excited to see a real mermaid!
