Riley, a high school senior at East Forsyth High School in Kernersville, recently had his senior portrait session. He made sure to incorporate two special locations that meant a lot to him. The first location was his high school itself. He has been part of the ROTC program and had also ran cross country. The second location was on the rooftop of a building in downtown Winston Salem. He wanted to show off his truck against the city skyline at sunset.
The first location, East Forsyth High School, held a special place in Riley’s heart. It was the place where he had spent four years of his life. He had been involved in many extracurricular activities. One of those activities was the ROTC program. Riley had joined the program during his freshman year and had been an active member ever since. He had taken part in several ROTC competitions and had even earned a medal for his marksmanship skills. Incorporating the ROTC program into his senior portrait session was important to Riley. He wore his ROTC uniform for some of the photos.
Another extracurricular activity that Riley had been involved in at East Forsyth High School was running cross country. Running has been a passion of his for a long time.
