As photographers, we have been privileged to witness and capture many beautiful love stories. This includes Angel and Jamie’s engagement session at the Proximity Hotel. What made this session unique was the couple’s decision to split it into two distinct parts. Each part reflected a different aspect of their relationship and personalities.

Part 1: Engagement Session at Sunset on Pilot Mountain

For the first half of their engagement session, Angel and Jamie expressed their desire for unique and exciting photos. They yearned to create memories that truly embodied their love for adventure and the great outdoors. Together, we brainstormed ideas and settled on an extraordinary location: Pilot Mountain, located just outside of Greensboro, North Carolina.

Late November may not be the most obvious choice for an outdoor photoshoot, but this couple was undeterred by the chill in the air. They were determined to capture the raw beauty of the autumn season, and Pilot Mountain provided the perfect backdrop. As we hiked up to the top, the couple’s love and enthusiasm kept them warm.

Upon reaching the summit, we were greeted by an awe-inspiring sight. The fading sunlight bathed the landscape in a golden glow. The couple, dressed in stylish attire, embraced the cold with joyful spirits. They embraced each other, their laughter echoing through the crisp air.

With the sun gracefully setting behind the horizon, we captured the couple’s adventurous spirit amidst the breathtaking scenery. From candid shots of them walking hand in hand along the cliff’s edge to romantic moments shared in the tall grass, their love was vividly evident in every image.

Part 2: Engagement Session at The Proximity Hotel, Greensboro North Carolina

Fast forward to this past April. The second part of their engagement session took place at the Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina. The couple opted for a more laid-back and intimate experience. Their session became a delightful date night at their favorite restaurant within the hotel.

The Proximity Hotel, known for its contemporary elegance and inviting atmosphere. It provided the perfect setting for this couple’s love story to unfold. Surrounded by stylish decor and warm ambience, the couple effortlessly embraced their love and connection. They shared laughter, exchanged glances filled with adoration, and reveled in the joy of their upcoming union.

Against the backdrop of this charming hotel, we captured Angel and Jamie’s love in a more relaxed setting.
